How to return an item

If you are not completely happy with your order and want to return an item, I offer a 14-day returns period from receiving your order. Please find details on how to return your item below:  

How to return an item:
I offer a 14-day returns period from receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• Returns must be sent back within 14 days.
• Please ensure your order number is included, or I will be unable to process your return.
• All products must be returned in an unused condition with original tags/packaging

Please note that buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. To ensure the item arrives back safely, it is advisable to send your return back via a method that can provide proof of postage.

Sorry, I am unable to offer exchanges.To start a return, you can contact me at info@casa-olivia.com. I will send out instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return, given that it complies with the conditions mentioned above, all refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can resolve any issues for you as soon as possible.

If you have a faulty item, please contact me regarding this before requesting a return; faulty returns are not charged a returns postage fee.
