Ordering From Us

You can order from the Website by ordering through our online checkout process. Once we have received your order we will send you an order acknowledgement via email as soon as possible detailing the product(s) you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check the order details and advise us immediately of any errors or admissions by emailing info@casa-olivia.com.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the product(s) ordered.

If we cannot accept your order we will inform you of this promptly in writing by email. This may occur for any one or more of the following reasons:-

  • Where goods are no longer available.
  • The identification of pricing or other error in the order.
  • Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.

If your payment is not received and you have already received the product(s) ordered from us, you must pay for the product(s) or return them to us in accordance with the ‘Returns’ section outlined below.

All prices are in GBP (£). Payment must be made at the time of ordering via our accepted payment methods.

Pricing

It may be necessary to change product prices from time to time. Any product price changes will be updated on our website as soon as possible and confirmed to you when you order.

Any offer, including discount codes and sales, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Delivery

We offer delivery within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

We cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries that are caused by third parties or circumstances that are beyond our control.

Delivery will be to the address(es) you have specified in your order. If any of these details are incorrect, we cannot be liable for any items that have not been received.

What to do if your order hasn’t arrived

If you’ve not received your order within the estimated delivery times, please do get in touch with us within 14 days for all UK orders at info@casa-olivia.com

Unfortunately, we’re unable to look into delayed parcels once these time periods have passed.

Order Cancellations

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you should contact us as soon as you can on info@casa-olivia.com. If the product(s) have already been dispatched, they must be returned to us in accordance with the ‘Returns’ section below.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your order and want to return an item, I offer a 14-day returns period from receiving your order. Please find details on how to return your item below:  

How to return an item:
I offer a 14-day returns period from receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days.
  • Please ensure your order number is included, or I will be unable to process your return.
  • All products must be returned in an unused condition with original tags/packaging
  • Please note that buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. To ensure the item arrives back safely, it is advisable to send your return back via a method that can provide proof of postage.
  • Sorry, I am unable to offer exchanges.


To start a return, you can contact me at info@casa-olivia.com. I will send out instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return, given that it complies with the conditions mentioned above, all refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can resolve any issues for you as soon as possible.

If you have a faulty item, please contact me regarding this before requesting a return; faulty returns are not charged a returns postage fee.

We take great care to ensure that all product details, prices and images are correct on the Website. Whilst all reasonable efforts have been made to portray our product(s) accurately, variations may occur and we cannot guarantee that any given image will reflect the full design options related to that product. All measurements are approximate and product colour(s) can differ slightly from those displayed on your computer screen.

We reserve the right to make changes to product details without prior notice.
